Kolkata international film festival is an annual international film festival since 1995 and this is the second oldest film fest in India. Every year West Bengal govt. ( Department of information and cultural affairs) organizes the film fest. This year (2019) the film fest will start from 8th November and will be ended on 15th November. This is the 25th year of the festival.
