The building with the dome on it is KINGSTON CITY HALL in downtown Kingston, Ontario. Located on Ontario Street.

It is on Lake Ontario. The Park you see, is Confederation Park and Marina. Ontario Street is full of architecture of limestone and historical value. Many restaurants, sightseeing for tourism and boat tours all take place along the water front.
