Sometimes you don’t have to wait till the weekend for a perfect staycation… such was our stay at the Kingfisher Lodge last week.

Our Experience
We reached the reception area at around 3:00 pm … & from there on a private boat they took us to the beautiful private island. A cute buggy was waiting for us on the other side. Very friendly staff member escorted us towards the registration area & from there to our tent.
The luxurious tents are designed to provide comfort, privacy & amazing views of the Indian Ocean… with a very comfortable king size bed … separate sitting area… along with fully loaded fridge & pantry … the bathroom was equipped with the best fittings & with herbal products. To top it all we had our own personal swimming pool… now that’s called a complete awesomeness. The boys enjoyed a lot in the swimming pool …
Regarding some outdoor activities…In the evening we went to the beach to witness the amazing sunset & some crabs going back home …we also enjoyed the neighborhood by cycling there. If you are an early riser you can even see some early catch by the sea & also the sea turtles.
They also have outdoor gym & kayaking, which keeping the hot weather in mind, will resume from September.
So … coming to food … they have an all day dinning in a huge tent with plenty of indoor as well as outdoor seatings … as the weather was hot we prefer to dine in indoors … but we do enjoy the outdoor seatings for a while … the chef & the staff is over welcoming & ready to serve you anything either from their menu or can even customize your meal as per your choice.
