Last few days I was searching for good kebab in the town. In this regards I was exploring some of the renowned kebab restaurant . Among the restaurants I will tell something about one of the kebab restaurants that I felt too interesting.
I went there in the evening after 8pm and see the menu before giving the order. I had discussed with the waiter what are there best kebab that is popular. He told me about three kebab line which are Beef Sheek kebab, chicken sheek and beef boti kebab.
I have ordered beef boti kebab and oil less parata (local bread). The parata was Crispy and I loved the salad they served. The boti Kabab mixed with fired onion and green chilli. It was well done and Crisp. The taste was 10 out of 10. As the Kabab was so popular that some times they are out of stock later in the evening. I recommend to go there after the dusk.
For a try I have ordered cup yogurt made by there special chef name Mr. BASHIR. He is also expert on making pudding. I have talked about his making process after my food was finished.The taste of the Yougurt was good but I have found that it was extra sweet.
At the end I want to tell you that you should try this item some times for a change of taste.
By the way it was situated in SHAMOLY RING Road, Dhaka, Bangladesh after the adabor police station if you come from Shamoli.
