Hey thanks for you comments. Sorry am very new here and I believe I have 2 accounts I need to check and ensure I post using the right account. As am Google street view trusted on my brand account. Many thanks

Please be advised that having two accounts is in violation of our program rules. Therefore, you need to exit from Local Guides Connect with your second account. Please visit your account settings and follow these instructions to exit the program:

  1. Click on three line menu
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Scroll down
  4. Click on Exit Program

In addition, you still need to change your name and photo and participate with your official account as an individual and not brand or business.
