Today I will introduce a traditional breakfast in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The name of the food is “Khuder Khichuri”. It is also popular as a ‘Bau Bhat” or “Khuder Vaka”.
Location:
It is near to Dhaka city. The shop is in Rohitpur village at Keraniganj upazila. It is situated in a Tin house which either side of the road has small ponds. The environment is perfectly rural.

What is Khuder Khichuri -?
It is served with fried eggs, shrimp chili paste, black cumin, mustard, potatoes, eggplant paste and coriander leaves. The fried eggs served over the rice in the middle of the plate.
The rice is a small khuder chal which is processed by shaking the rice is itself. Insar Ali himself cooked it like Polao (a rich rice) with different 10 items which is served by mashed potatoes and eggs.
