It is my one of favourite javanese food. Ketan sambal. And it is feel better to eat it using hand. Yummy !
The taste is good, crunchy.
Ketan sambal made by a sticky rice served with peanut powder that punded smooth and coconut sprinkle as a topping. Whenever i am lazy to eat rice, i try to find this food and eat it. In surabaya we can find this food at the traditional market, street food, and i think some cafe, they have this menu even one cafe that i visited
Offer special menu for ketan only. So they have only ketan menu with variant flavour.
