Kerupuk miskin, It’s called the poor cracker because it’s cooked using sand Which has been cleaned. According to local people, the reason for using sand because of the high price of cooking oil Hard to get (in ancient times)

I think we have the same cake made in Cambodia using sand @Nands1002 we call it នំក្រៀប/ Num Krib.

It is a cracker, they are made from sticky rice so it is a bit sweet but cracker @Nands1002 I love eating them as a child. I rarely see them these days.
