Whenever possible try to visit Kerala ,God’s own country
@NikhilPillai it really brings back some memories for me. This is the temple grounds that I saw the tallest elephant in Kerala, Ramachandran. And one of my faourite places for food is Gokul Ottupura just next to the Shiva temple.
Timely post, that Thrissur pooram (although not physically possible to be held) was yesterday.
Thanks for sharing. Which part of Kerala do you live in?
Thanks @StephenAbraham
It’s one of the major and beautiful Siva temple in Kerala
Think that Hotel Gokul Oottupura is there for decades and recently got renovated.
I am based out of Cochin only
Unfortunately due to the Pandemic ,all the Poorams got cancelled including Thrissur Pooram and this years festival season also got wiped off . Really a sad moment for all pooram lovers .Let’s hope for the best
