Kerala is a state in South India, located at the south-western coast. Famous for the beautiful backwaters, coconut trees, tea and spice plantations, and rich cultural traditions, people of Kerala (Keralites) are known as Malayalis (Malayalees), and the local state language is Malayalam. We have a fairly large and active Local Guides community throughout the 14 districts in the state. As part of encouraging friendship and contributions, meeting up is an important part of the Kerala Local Guides community. This post is a work in progress, documenting all the Local Guides meet-up events that had been conducted. This post also serves as a point on where new Local Guides from Kerala can find and contact the larger community, as well as join in our future meet-ups.
