The month of Ramadan starts from 23 April to 23 May this year. Muslims around the world observe fasting (from food and water) from dawn to dusk the entire month. The Local Guides community in Kerala, India will be hosting a virtual community Ifthar (Breaking Fast in the evening) virtual meet-up for community members to come together with traditional food and snacks for a communal breaking fast. Everyone can join us virtually, and can prepare your own traditional food. Our main purpose is for community members to get closer to each other, enjoy and learn each others’ food, get to know each other’s fasting culture from many different parts of Kerala, India and the world. Breaking fast time will be based on local Ifthar time in Kerala India. Date: 02 May 2020 (Saturday) Time: 6.15pm - 7.00 pm (India standard time GMT +5:30) Google meet link: (pleaes look out for announcement for any last-minute changes in meet-up link) https://meet.google.com/cyr-rfbh-yiu Notes: 1. Please join on time 2. We will only break fast after official time of Ifthar, so, do refrain from partaking food until everyone is ready to break fast. 3. Prepare any of your local favorite food 4. This sound too good, I am foodie person & good cook. Now days teaching my son Dilpreet who engineering student doing his intership want daily make some thing special,do I told u cook today he made paneer tikka at home . Today was his 3 rd class of cooking. .

Waiting to see what you all guys are going present which unquie dish.

Hi @Shrut19 , yes it’s been a while since the last time we talked. I have been less actively posting new stuff lately, just been enjoying reading and responding posts randomly from our fellow LGs. The Covid-19 breakout has made me stressed out :-). How have you been?
