Kentucky Fried Chicken Home

Usually, when we need to eat KFC, we go to the main location but when we can do it at home why not to try it.

I found this easy recipe from a KFC’s lovers and I tried it. This is the result:

Local Guides Friends, I am sharing it with you . It’s not the original recipe but it’s similar with my own touch. Try it and let me know but don’t forget to eat the Original at KFC.

2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 Tsp dry basil

1Tsp black pepper

2 Tsp paprika

1 Tsp dry garlic

1Tsp ginger powder

1 cup buttermilk

1 tsp salt (it’s up to you)

1 egg beaten

Chicken cut pieces

Vegetable oil to fry

1st bowl: Mix dry ingredients with flour.

2nd bowl buttermilk and egg beaten.

Soak chicken in the batter and let it rest for 30 min to 1 hour.

Remove chicken from batter and dredge it in the flour on all sides.

Add oil to a deep fryer and let it heat to 350 degrees.

Fry the chicken for 15 min-18 min until it’s done and crispy.

Put the pieces in drying rack not a paper towel because it may steam and lose its crunchy side.
