Kentucky is famous for bourbons and the big event, Kentucky Derby. I wanted to share to everyone that Kentucky also has beautiful castles worth exploring! There are 5 castles that can be found in the state of Kentucky. My favorite is the Kentucky Castle!

To my knowledge, there are no medieval castles in Kentucky or there are type “castle” hotels. If anyone has information on existing medieval castles or remains of them, I would be glad to share it here. This castle reminds me of the castle in the village of Ravadinovo in Bulgaria.
To my knowledge, there have never been castles in Bulgaria.
If anyone thinks I’m wrong, please correct me.

Hi @Austinelewex , the construction of the castle began in 1969 so it would be around 51 years. The materials were a combination of local and foreign since it was started by a real estate developer who was inspired by the architecture in Europe.
