It is one of the tallest chariot in Nepal with the height of 32 Haat (32 hands long) beautifully decorated with tree leaves. The Karunamaya Dyo: believed as the “God of rain”, resides inside wearing ornaments and flowers, dresses and so on like a bride which is being pulled by hundreds of devotee men queuing in two lines with the help of two jumbo ropes. Hundreds of thousands of pilgrims come to see this Jatra from all over Nepal to watch pulling of this chariot. Some of them pull and rest are viewers. A one must watch this jatra.

It is pulled from one place to another as their own route till it reaches Jaholakhya: also called Jawalakhel to show the Bhoto (A diamond decorated inner vest) by the president of Nepal.
