Hi! Google Local Guides I am hosting a local guide meet-up at Karde Beach, Dapoli on 8th March 2020(Sunday). Most of us would be able to take some time out for this meetup due to long weekend. (Saturday/Sunday followed by a holiday on 9/10 March for colorful festival “Holi”). Let’s gather around 10AM and explore the place until sunset. Dapoli is very famous weekend holiday destination for people staying in Pune & Mumbai. During Photo walk, we’ll click photographs of water sports offered at karde and near by beaches. Beaches of konkan are very tranquil and water is perfect for swimming, we can click beautiful sunset, eye catching landscapes, explore local cuisine & do lots of fun and knowledge sharing activities in this meet-up. We will try to improve the map as well. There’s ample of parking space and karde beach is very popular which makes it very easy to locate. Local guides carrying DSLR are recommended to carry gears like tripod, lenses etc. Participants are advised to carry sun glasses, drinking water bottle and cap which will help in beating the heat during peak noon hours. However, temperature is pretty decent these days between 18-32 degree Celsius. Few information is available on Dapoli on Google Local Guide.
