The Kampo is currently one of the best restaurants in Funchal. Make sure to reserve a table, then you can sit at the bar and watch the chefs at work. I had roast pork with risotto, a poem. The combination of beans and squid was also on the daily menu and very good. A very interesting modern kitchen at fair prices.
Thanks for sharing your experience at Kampo restaurant. I always like restaurants with open kitchen where you can see busy chefs preparing your meal. Did you take a photo of your pork with rice? I would like to see how they plate the dishes.
