1. Kacchi Biriyani is a very popular & famous food of South Asia region countries like Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka. This food was introduced from the reign of Mughal Empire. This is a very slow cooked process of boiling the rice & curry separately then mix it in a low temperature.

কাচ্চি বিরিয়ানি খাওয়ার সৌভাগ্য হয়নি , তবে কলকাতায় বিভিন্ন রেস্টুরেন্টে বিরিয়ানি খেয়েছি ।

বিরিয়ানির সুগন্ধ নাকে আসলেই জিভে জল চলে আসে । আর তখনই ঘ্রানে অর্ধ ভোজন হয়ে যায় ।
