Tibsi is an Ethiopian dish which consists of injeera, an Ethiopian bread white sauce and meat. Suqaar is delicious at evenig times, which consists fried meat, bread and tea. Different Soft drinks are also available depending on one’s choice in every restaurant in Jijiga town.
