Hi, @DORAMA -san.

I never try taiyaki before. I only know about it from Youtube.

The batter is quite simple, I think. And the red bean paste filling looks sweet. That must be nice.

But I’m curious, @DORAMA -san. Is there any taiyaki that was not shape like a fish? (Of course there’s possibly not, since “tai” means “fish”. Hahaa). I’m just curious.

Thanks for sharing this. Itadakimasu!

PS: I’ve type “taiyaki” on Google Maps, and I found there’s a looott of taiyaki shop. Awesome!

Hello @DORAMA ,

Thank you for sharing these lovely Japanese desserts with us. They look tasty. I am a big fan of Japanese cuisine, but have yet to try any traditional desserts. Green tea ice cream does not count. :slightly_smiling_face:

What is the filling inside? Is it some kind of fruit jam? Are there many choices?

Hello @DORAMA
Thank you for introducing Taiyaki. I will list that store!
Last year, I guided a Googler who came to Japan from San Francisco to Hokkaido. He said one of his favorite Japanese foods was Taiyaki. He knew about Taiyaki from a Japanese anime. So I guided the actual stores that appeared in the anime.

He was very pleased. Now is the time to spread Taiyaki to the world!
