Japan in Baguio Food (Day 15/365)

Baguio City was built not only by Filipinos, but also by other nationalities specifically the Americans, Chinese, Indians and Japanese. Many of whom settled in the City of pines and never returned to their country. At present there are still a lot who migrate to Baguio city bringing their culture and food with them. Once such example are the owners of Chaya restaurant. A restaurant in Baguio that serves Japanese cuisine. This restaurant is an old house where part of it was converted into a dining area and a portion converted to a bed and breakfast.

What is so special about this restaurant is that their menu consists of authentic japanese dishes and every dish was carefully made showcasing the Japanese culture of attention to details.

Here are some of the dishes which I took photos of

Hello @VincePH ,

Thank you for sharing with us about Japanese food in Baguio.

I am a big fan of Japan and Japanese food, and it was interesting for me to learn new things about it. All of your photos look delicious and I really would like to try them. Also I would like to recommend you to share the Google Maps URL of this restaurant. It would be really useful for Local Guides who are looking for more information about this place

And last, just as a reminder donโ€™t forget when responding to others make sure to tag them (by writing @ before their names) in a post so they can receive notifications that you are communicating with them.
