Welcome to jamski, a slice of the Jamaican paradise in Lagos. Located on 8a Ologun Agbeje str off Adeola Odeku, VI. I consider this my favorite place because of its authentic feel with the bright green yellow and red colours and the ambience that resonates each time I visit, making me feel like I am in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Spending just 5 mins here will convince you that the spirit and vibe of Jamaica lives here. My major highlights at this restaurant is the decent reggae music in the background, simple wooden decor, the humble waitress who mixes her patua with english as well as the graffiti of the great Bob Marley on the walls.
Jamski also serves amazing dishes from beef patty to the famous Jamaican jerk chicken. Another reason to love jamski is that they ensure the meals are freshly cooked with less fat, and their local drinks are healthy and made from actual fruit. my favorite meal at jamski would be their signature one pot which is about N3500 equiv $9.73 and a glass of Rum punch to go with it for about N2000 equiv $5.56.
If you are ever in Lagos or in the Victoria Island area and you want to get a taste of Jamaica, please visit jamski!!!
