Today I try to cook Chicken Grilled Jalapeno and Jalapeno Noodle. First, as usual chicken grilled, seasoning with salt, jalapeno chilli, and lemon. Second, to make jalapeno noodles, seasoning with chicken broth, jalapeno chilli, onion. Note: Jalapeno chilli is different with pepper. The taste of jalapeno not spicy but be careful the taste will burn your throat and stomach. Thankfully I made pudding today, so I reduced the burn with pudding. :
Thank you for sharing with us your experience about Jalapeno sauce @_Louisa
Do you usually cook by yourselves?

This sounds pretty delicious. Thank you so much @_Louisa for sharing this interesting recipe with the community. A few days ago I went to see some friends and one the girls had prepared some really tasty dishes, but the one that impressed me the most, which I think you’ll probably like, was bacon-wrapped Jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese. I recommend it dearly.
Hi @KlaudiyaG ,
Thank you for your suggestion, I do appreciate if your friends have the link of her recipe. I want to try it.
She haven’t send me a link, but here’s what she told me:
- 200 - 300 gr cream cheese of your choice (can be with herbs)
- 12 jalapenos (you can also use any spicy peppers you want)
- 12 slices of bacon
First remove the seeds and membranes from the peppers, then stuff them with the cream cheese. After this step is done, wrap the chilis with the bacon. One should be enough to cover the entire pepper, but if it doesn’t, feel free to use 2 slices. When ready, put the peppers on a baking tray and then put them in a preheated oven (200 degrees C°) for 15 minutes. You can serve them with a dipping sauce, such as mayo, ketchup, etc.
If you have any questions, @_Louisa , please don’t hesitate to ask.
Hope you’ll like them!
