I received an email that I’ve received a Reward and can redeem it with the code sent in the email but there is no code, but just a text “Code:” and a Redeem button, clicking on which I am redirected to a page that asks for the code.

@ArunjiS When did you receive the email? Did it say when the expiration date is? For now try opening with a different browser, and also try with Incognito mode. Also try different devices (phone, computer)
