Its been 4 month still the google pin reward didn't get delivered

@MashaPS , 1st May,2023 I received a mail I am eligible to redeem a local guide reward given by google. I applied for the same and order confirmation mail came on 14th May,2023 which indeed boosted my confidence and encouraged me towards more quality contribution. Unfortunately since that day I kept waiting for 60 days, I followed up with India post ( govt ) , in case that couldn’t be delivered and they have the item. But there is no sign of the reward. Its not I am running after goodies, but getting your first ever reward always means a lot to you even its a simple flower. After not receiving the reward so far I lost all my interest and doesn’t feel like going to the page anymore thinking my contributions won’t ever be recognised. Is there any way you can help me here? Is there any way I can get my google pin which was supposed to be assigned for me? I would be really happy and promise to come back with more quality effort. A lil push from your end can make a huge change in one’s confidence. Thank you so much in advance. waiting for your input.

What you can do now is either wait a bit more or order a replacement reward right here.

Hi @Lukas_1 , thank you so much for your guidance. When i tried to apply the redeem code for missing item as per your suggestion, its showing “It appears your order is still processing/getting ready for shipment. Please allow up to 6 weeks from your original order date.” now seeing this when i trued to yodate my delivery address it’s saying “ code has expired “ i am in between now. Neither i am sure whether the item has at all shipped for me nor i can correct the address. And it’s already been 6weeks +

Now @Anoma25 , I do think you just need to wait but maybe @MortenCopenhagen would have something to add?
