Italy trip - Venice and Burano

We started our trip from Venice. We booked via air BNB and it was a lovely Italian house with all the amenities.
Best part was that it was right in the heart of Venice . 5-7 min walk from rialto bridge, which is one of the most famous attractions in Venice.

We also went to St Mark’s square, Bell tower, bridges of sighs, Piazza St Marco, Grand canal, and still marks basilica.

I would recommend people to visit a small wine bar called bacareto de lele … they serve amazing house wines and bite size sandwiches.
They serve wine and sandwiches for 1 euro each.

From Venice we did a day tour to Burano village, which is a small but super beautiful village with colorful houses. We took a waterbus from Venice and it took around 1 hour from Venice to reach there. Anyone visiting Venice should not miss Burano.

Hi @Saurabhkak ,

Thanks for tagging me!

Wow, your photos are absolutely amazing! Just bear in mind about the 1000 photos per account limit.

That said, I really enjoyed reading about your experience and the tips. Wow, you’ve seen so many places! I love the idea of combining Venice with Burano! I’ve visited Venice many years back, so this brought back a lot of memories. Did you happen to visit the Acqua Alta Book Shop? I remember the books being kept in bathtubs, to keep them dry.

Thanks for sharing this with us, I have to go back for another visit soon!
