Just behind my house there is a magical Italian Food Shop. To get there you just have to follow the smell of this irresistible focaccia with tomatoes and olives!
You can find prepared dishes, such as this macaroni with ragù and béchamel ready to be put in the oven. And many other types of Homemade Italian pasta as: gnocchi, tortellini, tagliatelle.

It’s the first time ever that I see a tinta de sepia pasta! I’ve always thought that the pasta is originally white and becomes dark after cooking and adding the sepia liquid to it!
Please have in mind that there is a fine line between promoting and presenting something that you like a lot. Promotion in general, is against the rules of Connect.
In Sofia, where I live, there are two Italian shops very close to my appartement. One of them is Puglia, but I have never seen any fresh pasta there! Most of the things that they sell are in packages or cheese and meat products. Very tasty, but a bit expensive!

Hola @LilianaBenassi esos cappelletti de jamón lucen bien hechos. Es Ud afortunada de tener cerca de su casa una factoría de pasta fresca. Me gusta la focaccia ¿Ha intentado prepararla en su propia casa? ¿Con qué salsa suele aderezar, mejor dicho bañar la pasta fresca? A veces lo simple es lo mejor, por ejemplo, derretir mantequilla, dorar en ella ajo, añadir una hoja de salvia o estragón y un poco de sal marina y en esa salsa salteamos los ñoquis recién hechos.
Si @BeatrizAguilar , estoy completamente de acuerdo contigo. Una salsa “burro e salvia” se casa con cualquier tipo se pasta. Un matrimonio perfecto.
