Espresso and cappuccino are surely the most popular coffee drinks in Italy. Anyway Italian bars offer much more choices. One of these is shaked coffee.
It is a cold beverage obtained from shaking an espresso previously prepared, with liquid sugar and ice. The final results is a little sweetly coffee beverage, but not too much sweety: you still clearly recognize the taste of Italian espresso, as it is still pure coffee without addition of milk or other ingredients.
Yeah @InaS I am a coffee and tea lover and enjoy Italian, American & also Asian traditions of coffee and tea. Like everything. You can find me a day drinking Italian espresso (without sugar as I love pure taste) and the next day with a Frappuccino in my hand!
