Italian Lady’s Kisses (Baci Di Dama) Biscuits

They are called “lady’s kisses” (in Italian ”baci di dama”) because these delicious biscuits are made of two small “domes” prepared with hazelnuts or almonds, with a cream of noir chocolate in the middle. The two biscuits and the cream in the middle make the whole thing simbolically similar to the kiss of a lady. And even if they are not real kisses, these biscuits are something delicious to try at least once.
