Stracciatella ice cream is one of my favorite ones! Stracciatella is made from a cream with addition of small dark chocolate flakes. Ice cream with stracciatella is very tasty.

What a delicious looking photo. Thanks @user_not_found for sharing it. I also love stracciatella, but I think that my favorite kind of gelato has to be caramel with sea salt. Have you tasted it?
@KlaudiyaG never tried ice cream, but have already tried something with caramel and sea salt (even if don’t remember what pastry was).
We have also this ice cream as well even if in some specific ice cream shops!
Yes I agree @user_not_found , it’s not so easy to find this specific flavor of Gelato. I know only one shop in the city where I live that sells ice cream with caramel and sea salt. Is Stracciatella your favorite kind?
