To be honest I have no specific plan stating what exactly do I need to visit to write up the comments and give a score on Google. We are used to walk through the city with my friend and pop in to new cafes and bars. If I like the place, but see how certain things can be improved I let management know. How? Using Google rating system. If I would be a manager I would definitely read all of them regularly. Sometimes you meet rude staff or feel signs of discrimination - let them and others know that it should be changed! I realised that it works when got an email from one of the bar managers accusing me in defamation. To keep my comment I needed to prove that I visited that bar. I think Google needs to find a new solution for such cases - you cannot keep all receipts to all places you have been to.
