Last weekend was election weekend, so I was indoors and decided to try my hands on the EGG FRITATA.
Its a pretty easy recipe and it’s very different from the Omelette. Unlike the omelette, Fritata fillings are mixed in with the eggs in the pan, rather that folded in the center.
Your Fritata can be enriched with additional ingredients such as meat, cheese or vegetables.
It is perfect for brunch or a quick weeknight dinner.
Firstly, you beat all your ingredients in a medium bowl until blended.
Then heat better in a non stick pan over medium heat until hot. Pour in your egg mixture and cook until eggs are set for 5/6 minutes. And voila!! Yummy and ready to enjoy.
