I wish I could actually confirm that to be true but I can definitely confirm that the eggs of my barn swallow friend have hatched. I recently shared a post about a barn swallow that was intimately occupying my door ledge during my sleeping hours. While I wanted to believe our extremely shallow relationship was solely about me, the wait is over and I could see at least three very tiny mouths peering out from the nest this morning. @BorrisS

子供のために餌を採りに行ったり、巣を守ったりして一生懸命に子供の世話をしている様子が伝わってきます。

Thank you for sharing these cuties with us, life is wonderful!
I don’t know that much about birds, but I’ve read somewhere, in order to distingues between the boy and the girl it’s a matter of colors, at least in some species. Later on, when they grow up, shape becomes a distinguishing element too.
