It is impossible to me to submit the Connect live apply

because of altough i am using coreect link as the form ask me to do, is still showing like i havent use “http”

but, i did it, and played with it, in internet explorer, also google chrome, for 3 different days.

i dont know what to do. this is the last day to sumbit the form
