Hey, everyone, this is glitch post. I recently signed up to be a local guide and had an issue when I tried leaving a review at any location. The issue was when I went to leave a review you are always prompted to submit your star rating and that is where the issue started. I would receive a message stating that in order to leave a review you would have to add your name. My name was already added. I would add it again and still receive the same issue.
How to fix this issue?
open up settings > All apps > Scroll down to google play services > select google play services > storages > clear data > clear all data > close all apps out and try leaving a review now
