Hello Local Guides,
I recently realized that images as well as my video uploads on my google map account has not been uploading.
I also realized that some of my google points has been reduced and some review’s removed.
Has this happened to you before and what could be the problem?
@UdokaObis how long was the video you’re trying to upload, and what’s the image size? It might be good to try uploading a shorter video with smaller file size and see if it goes through.
As for reduced points and reviews removed, make sure your contributions didn’t violate the rules. You can check the article below for prohibited and restricted content on Maps. If you find any violating items, you should edit the contributions accordingly

Thank you @iyudhi . I have tried what you suggested with regards to testing different lengths of video and reduced image size and it’s the same issue.
I will read the resource on the links you sent to see if it helps
@UdokaObis how many videos are you trying to upload at one time? Try uploading one video at a time. Also if possible try uploading the video through Google Maps on a computer, see if it makes any difference.
