one of the map user messages me,

“my email id is [redacted information] whenever i try to add sign in or signup my business from google maps it redirect my page to maximum allowed per listing page. kindly check whats the issue and rectify it.”

Should that be the case, the regarded user should be checking on the regulations listed in the Help Desk post of Google Maps, Maximum number of listings per account.

Hello Sir,

Thank You for so much support as i am still learning, how to post things properly,

the use’r concern is he went through all the guidelines and in his account there is not even 1 business listing, he is try to add his own single business, but whenever he tries to add it, it is redirecting to maximum listings,

even thought he doesn’t have any listing. why it is redirecting , any technical issues ??

In the case of such specifics, please make sure to advice the regarded user to check carefully with the complication in the Google My Business forum, should there be relevant information on the matter.

Hello,

Google my business support is not supporting in this matter they are telling we are allowed to support only after claiming business, if no business is available in your account they will not support us any way, neither any information regarding this particular issue available in GMB forum.

Seems Complicated :disappointed:

It would seem that the regarded friend may proceed to check with the current issue in the Google My Business forum as well as Help Center, as to further specifics can be research more carefully.

Please make sure to mention with the “@” so that the name of a person you are forwarding the message will appear, as it also allows you to receive notification to follow up posts easily.
