Looks There Is An Issue With GSV App Since the Last Updated Version. !
It usually takes not more than 48 HRs for the blue line to be shown and approved in Google Maps. As shown in the Screenshot, it’s still Processing to be released. This is not normal ! Something weird ! It’s been processing for 6 days so far as shown ( 26/01/2021 )
Not sure if it is good to say in this thread or not but as all related discussions will continue on the forum, I should tell that I can not also access to the related forum, although I have more than 50 photos, and I had access to the SV board on Connect till it was available.
My badge in the app also appear and disappear time to time! I appreciate it if you help, Thanks.
I expected to answer me like what you answered. Listen please , there is no option or an area to submit a question in the help center!
All I see there is ( describe your issues ) which is a predicting for a very well-known issues and a ( FAQ ) ok. I am thinking that there is a direct area option to describe a certain new issues like my case , I can’t find a box or an area to drop what I want to say there .
And @Yotaroh my screenshot is very clear shows how much time I’ve been waiting for the result after processing!. It exceed one week to receive a result.
@Yotaroh I am aware about the requirements and the criteria to have the support. I am still shooting and so far I got a 69 KMs and of course 8K . This is an issue, it’s not related with the special support. I never seen this issue till I updated to the last GSV app version.
