Hi @Ahmed_Eiid
I see you have 74 reviews listed privately = the number you normally see. If you take a look at your profile from an incognito window you will find only 52 of those publicly listed.
So approximately a third of your reviews are hidden. They are flagged private by Google for several reasons. There are filters in place to stop spam and other violations of the guidelines.
This could explain some or most of the reasons why you donāt see a correct count of long reviews.
Long reviews are more likely to be flagged than short and to the point reviews.
You can find information and tips about hidden reviews and photos in this post.
Cheers
Morten
It would be really helpful if you would move this post to the How-to section where it fits better. Just edit your post again, select the new Topic at the top, and save it again.
How-to is the section where questions are asked and answered.
Thank you.
Hi @Ahmed_Eiid ,
Thanks for reaching out.
Please follow the adviceŃ given by @MortenCopenhagen and take a second look at your reviews and align them to the policy where needed.
Meanwhile I will relabel your post to the How-tos topic section because this is the palce where you may ask questions, share feedback and tips.
Hello @Ahmed_Eiid
Apart from the non-public reviews, I find that many of the entries are in the past 2-3 days.
The data has to synchronize across the different servers & that takes time.
Sometimes, that can even go up to a week. So, please wait and watch.
Further, I guess, you are counting the characters physically.
Though the guideline says 200 characters, that may be ignoring space, articles, punctuation marks etc. We will never come to know the exact criteria.
Additionally, going strictly by the number of characters will be a gross injustice to the languages which use logo-grams to write instead of the standard alphabet.
Hence, to avoid any ambiguity, itās always better to have reviews which cross the character count by more than three times of the stipulated criteria.
