Hi all of you, I had seen one video of the channel named TrickyMan … I had added video url here Local Guide Information I think adding a business account of shops aren’t charged money and local guide programs are only for help So, we don’t need to charge money for the service, But in this video youtuber has said that you can charge local stores to add his business online in the last part of the video… Please tell if I am wrong?

What is said in the video (and in the title of the video) is totally wrong and against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions .

Of course there are agencies that can do this with a regular contract with the business (and to pay tax for this), but it is not possible to do this as a Local Guide.

Thanks for letting us know! I can only confirm what @ErmesT said: the Local Guides program is for individuals voluntarily contributing to Google Maps in order to help others to discover and explore the world. That’s why Local Guides can’t earn money for their contributions, as per our program rules.

I also wanted to let you know that I am accepting @ErmesT 's comment as a solution. This means that if someone else has a similar doubt, the information can be easily found. I will also move your post to our How-tos section, where Local Guides ask their questions related to the program.
