I believe what you mean by connect forum 2023 is connect live. If that is true,we don’t have an official announcements of connect live yet. Keep checking on the “Highlight board” here on connect. There is also a post on connect live 2023 that might interest you.

I believe all local guides should get an Email notification if ther is going to be any event. Make sure you have your Email settings ticked for getting news on connect.
