Hi, I have left many reviews over the years with no problems. Suddenly in recent months my reviews are no longer visible to others (except to myself). Only I can see it. I don’t understand why as I am certain that I’m not breaching any guidelines
Please can this be fixed?

I see that this is your first post so let me start off by mentioning that perhaps you should have posted it on the How-tos topic instead of here under Food & Drink, I will see if I can arrange to move it there.
In the meantime, from what I can see you haven’t been suspended but you do have some 5 hidden reviews and 25 hidden photos. The Google AI can be harsh at times and we end up with false positives so if you believe that you haven’t contravened any of the policies then you can submit the Account Investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps form and request a review of your account. Please note that it can take several weeks for the requested review to be done so patience is required. Also note that as you will not be notified about the result of the review, you will need to regularly check the status of your account.

Please can you advise where can I find the form and where do I need to submit it to?
I would also like to know why the photos and reviews were hidden, so this issue can be avoided going forward.
