My profile appears like this and I can’t see my badges however I still can post photos, opinions etc. I thought it was my Wifi but even with a better signal I still can’t see anything.

As you are able to post on Connect I can assure you that you are not suspended.
Please, try Clear cache & cookies, if you have not already done so. The link has step-by-step instructions for Android, IOS, and Desktop. Just select the relevant tab at the top.

Followup: When I look at your Maps profile you profile photo and level does not show. I think there is something going on. Let me tag @Bobiisha for you. Hopefully she can look into this on Monday.

Hi @Nam777 it is possible you have been suspended since your contribution count is zero. Suspended people can still sometimes access Connect for a short time after being suspended.
I will tag @DeniGu to take a look at your profile for you.

I can confirm that your account isn’t suspended. Do you still have issues seeing your profile in Google Maps?
If you haven’t yet, please try the steps that @MortenCopenhagen provided for clearing cache and cookies. Also, please log out of your Local Guides account and log back in, and update your Google Maps app if necessary. Let me know the outcome after trying this!

Hello I already tried the steps mentioned and installing and uninstalling the app, login out, deleting all data in the app , etc but still the same in the web page I see my contributions but not my badges

It is not an issue on @Nam777 's device since I still see the same profile: no profile pic and no name and no mention of level or contributions.

Cuando entro tu perfil en la versión de Maps en web puedo ver perfectamente tu nivel, puntaje y contribuciones (reseñas, fotos y ratings en estrellas), por lo que creo que el problema es temporal en tu app para móvil.
Pero lo que encuentro en tus fotos es que en la mayoría de los POIs tienes fotos duplicadas y eso si es un tema que debes evitar, pues es una causa por la que tu perfil podria reportarse. Lo ideal es que hagas un revisión de las fotografias que has publicado en Maps y elimines todas las que estan duplicadas para evitar situaciones futuras en tu cuenta.
Subir la misma foto más de una vez por error puede ocurrir algunas veces sin que nos demos cuenta pero que eso pase en varios POIs no es muy normal, debemos procurar subir fotos que proporción información de utilidad a lo usuarios y no dejarnos llevar solo por los puntos que nos pueden generar.

@DeniGu I’m using Android 11 and the app is version 10.77.0 and it’s the latest version I have in Playstore
Also I just got a notification that says I got a new follower so maybe other people can see my profile as usual

About the new follower, what I see when I open your profile in the Google Maps app is the “Follow” button and your contributions. However, I can’t see your profile photo and badge, just like you and Morten.
