Mermaid’s Chair is an adventure worth planning

  1. Bring Water: A camelback or other water supply is essential to stay hydrated, especially given the tropical heat and the challenging hike.

  2. Check-In Required: Since it’s private property, visitors must check in with security at The Preserve at Botany Bay and provide a valid ID.

  3. The Hike: The walk to the Mermaid’s Chair is not for beginners. Be prepared for uneven terrain and a somewhat strenuous journey. One mile maybe two one way. 45° roads up and down

  4. Golf Cart Rides: If you’re lucky, you might catch a ride on a golf cart, which can make the experience more accessible and enjoyable.

  5. Rewarding Views: Once there, the breathtaking views and unique natural formations are well worth the effort.

Nice beach and pathway photos @Avane6 . By the last photo you put couldn’t uploaded, please re-edit and upload it again. I think because of that, grid is not working!
