There’s a building that’s already finished in reality, but on the 3D view in Google Maps, it’s still showing up as under construction. Is there any way to update this and show the accurate representation? Your insights would be really appreciated!

The building outlines and 3D models normally get updated automatically when new arial or satellite images are added to Google Maps. Or after the Google Streetview car has passed by. So you could chose to just wait. This is my recommendation.
Or you could try seeking help on this in the Maps support forum.
Hit the Community tab at the top and make a post.

Ps. What you are showing could be an airial photo.
Despite the building’s completion in 2016, it appears that no updates have been made to its representation.
Following your suggestion, I have taken the step of visiting the link you provided, which has led me to this thread https://support.google.com/maps/thread/9191770?hl=en&sjid=4986683681941019556-AP.
I have also proceeded to submit relevant feedback via Google Earth.
