Dear @Jahangir7447 ,
The answer is “No”.
You are risking your account for being suspended as all our contributions need to abide not only to the Google Maps Users Contribution Rules but also the Local Guides Program rules.
Writing one-word reviews are not considered to be quality contributions, a requirement for Local Guides. In fact, once you give something a 5-star rating and then only write the word “great” you are not adding any relevant information that you have already implied with the 5-star rating.
Take care!

Thank you dear
but my reviews are more than 700 half of them are with detailed reviews and the other 300 reviews are just single worded what should I do now
The answer is simple @Jahangir7447 .
Go back to those one-word reviews and either expand on them and make them relevant or remove the review and only leave your rating.
Again, by not doing so you are exposing your account to possible suspension. So the choice is simple, I think. Swallow your loss and quickly clean up, or be prepared for a Game Over.
Take care!

Hi @Jahangir7447 ,
I hope, that you got the required clarification on your question. For more information, please check out the links that @JeroenM provided.
Please note that I have accepted @JeroenM 's reply as a solution as it gives the complete answer to your question.
The answer given by @JeroenM , and confirmed by @PoliMC with the solution, is not an opinion, is a recall of the rules: Community policy
My feeling is that you already knew the answer, as you said: “is it safe for my Account ?”
The fact that you wrote more than 700 reviews, and half are a single word review, is not an excuse to avoid to fix them.
In the shared article, you can read:
Share thoughtful reviews and tips
"It’s in the details. Always include notable information about a place and your experience. Avoid vague, generic, and repetitive comments like reviews that just say “ok,” “good,” or “yum.”
Hello @ErmesT
I have noted in case of some profiles that, to meet the stipulation of 200 characters, the review is filled with dashes or any kind of gibberish. Believe, the automated evaluation is able to detect such misuse also.
Try looking at this question from the point of view of ordinary map users. As a map user do you find value in one-word reviews when you see them? I don’t.
Good luck with deleting or expanding your reviews.
Please accept my compliments for asking and bringing this to the attention of other Local Guides.
Cheers
Thank you for helping
