Just want to know whether my last step as shown in the screenshot correct?

I filled out the Investigation form :point_down:

What you showed is the standard reply from a Google form confirming your data was submitted (and received) correctly. No need to worry.

Here we are still waiting @waza28

They announced after filling out the form , won’t be an individual response to each one and they also mentioned it will take time that we can see changes
