Hello @Skkhizar ,
Welcome to Connect!
To find fellow Local Guides from your area, try searching the community for mentions of your city/country to find posts that have that name in the title, body of the post, or the location tag. Feel free to jump into these conversations, engage with the Local Guides near you, and plan a meet-up.
Similarly, I always encourage community members to mention your location in the subject line of your post (i.e. Meetup at [Your City]) or in the “Location” field. This way, other Local Guides who are from the same area can find your post easily.
Best regards,
Georges
If I arrange a meet I will be charged and google doesn’t pay for it
Why should I had to lost money for google
@Skkhizar Hi there. Welcome to Connect! It’s your first post!
Regarding your question, usually meet ups and events are arranged by Local Guides directly, and not by Google. Any Local Guide Level 3 and above can arrange your own meet up and get a group of LG friends and do fun things and contributions. Here you can find a lot of material on how to arrange your own meet up.

Happy meeting up and happy contributing
LG’s are nothing but the contributers and if they make an local guide event they also have to spend money ??
Who are the LG’s??
@Skkhizar Meet up events are for us Local Guides to make new friends in our own area, and at the same time do some fun stuff like taking photos, visiting places, etc.
…
Not every meet up needs to have high expenses, the few meet ups I attended, we basically met in some areas, got to know each other, and visited the area, walked around, took photos, shared experiences etc… the cost was the transport to get there, and buying a bottle of water to keep hydrated. So, it can be as simple as this.
Google does not sponsor local meet up events. However, there’s some avenue to team up with local businesses where need be. Read here also. https://www.localguidesconnect.com/t5/Let-s-Meet-Up/Guidelines-for-hosting-a-sponsored-meet-up/m-p/625432/highlight/true#M48082
