But basicaly he is selling basic foods with fancy names and ridiculous story , no?

I feel that this is more of an POV or even an ideology issue, that’s why I didn’t include it as a specific business review , the business review has many more parameters such as customer service, prices, experience, ease of access etc.
By the way I like some of his place, it’s not necessarily a bad experience, it could be a good experience with bad food
