I started to become a vegetarian in 2009. At first, I tried and eat vegetarian meals for breakfast and on the first and fifteenth of lunar calendar. Before I started vegetarian diet, I was overweight and continued to gain weight so I had to buy new pants frequently. Since I went on a full-vegetarian diet, I have slimed down a lot. Even when I work in the office and sit at my desk for at least 5 hours per day and do not exercise regularly, I still maintain my weight.
I am a foreigner, so I started last year.
I started eating out at vegetarian restaurants a lot since last year, I always make a location mark and post the food on the Google Map. Then, I send the message to Google for verification and they will respond with emails. I am keen to introduce vegetarian food to the public because it can help many vegetarians to find a vegetarian restaurant in hidden locations. It can also help improve the restaurants’ business and promote the benefits of a vegetarian diet.
