Hello everyone,
For the very first time, Bangladesh Local Guides will hold a meet-up at the Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology, Gazipur (DUET). It is the one & only Public varsity which provides Bachelor’s degrees for diploma holders. The campus is formerly known as Bangladesh Institute of Technology, Dhaka (BITD). The institute became an autonomous statutory organization of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh under the Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology, Gazipur in 2003. It is also known as the cleanest campus in Bangladesh. 
In this meet up we will introduce Google Local Guides Program & its activities like Maps and Connect Forum contribution under the banner of Bangladesh Local Guides Community(BDLG) to the engineering students. We will also hold a Mapping Workshop for the students to establish quality mapping & contribution to Google maps. A Q&A session will be held for the students & snacks will be provided for all the participants. As the students of DUET, we are eagerly waiting for the meet-up.
